First off Walter, those are not my customers, Digiweb spammed Register365 (and it would appear some Blacknight customers). Register365 is not Hosting365 (completely seperate businesses, Hosting365 does not provide domain registration or shared hosting any longer).

Secondly, we never spammed BK customers, but rather our entire database at the time, which included some of BK’s (snd other resellers unfortunately).

I hear bells ringing of a similar issue where hosting365 tried to poach all of blacknights customers in a blanket mailshot

Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner – it will cost then €3,000 per email / complaint …
