Driving into the car park I could not help but to notice the huge new tower that is perched up on the high ground of this landscaped centre. Looking like one of the towers used by the Romans to storm castles, it is a very impressive structure.

Creating the website for Gravity is unusual in that it’s still being built, so forgive us for using some stock photo’s, but being down there today really showed that it will the very same. The thrill of the high ropes and the full effective will become evident when we have the footage for the videos that will accompany the website. Video from the head cams will be available soon and then we will hopefully bring the website to life with real experiences from real visitors the centre.

The idea is not new, but the way we have structured the site should help get the site listed in search engines, I know they have a big hill to climb going up against the major players in the Irish health market, but this dedicated team has promise.

While we were at it we created a brand new fully content managed website that will give the girls the ability to upload and amend all the sites content. The last time we gave them this type of functionality was for the shop part of the website just before St Pactricks Day a few years ago.

When we came back into the office following the bank holidays we saw thousands of products. They had stayed up all night for the long weekend and packed their on-line shelves !

The new redesigned site will now give the girls the ability to upload to a Gallery Section they requested to show off their bridal Bouquets and also to give them an area to have an online wedding fair. These are just a few of the terms we have learnt when we were asked by Arkman Engineers in Gorey to revamp their static website and create a new content management system to allow them to give the information they need to give to their potential customers in and easy to navigate method.

Arkman Engineers are a team of qualified engineers based in Gorey, Co. Wexford, the company is headed up by Pat Roche and John O’Callaghan. With many years experience in Construction, Food, Health care, Pharmaceutical to name a few.

One of the items that we learnt was a service they provide that whereby they can go into a factory and do a survey to see how efficient the “assets” or machinery of the factory is and then produce reports on how they can cut down a companies “carbon footprint” and reduce their “carbon tax”.

This new business to the area approached us to create a website to demonstrate her  skills and capabilities in photography. Being able to use the website to showcase her various areas of expertise.

Criona Poutch is the photographer bebind the lens in this Wexford based business. Originnally from Dublin (like myself) she is one of the many people who relocated to the South East in recent years. Getting established in a new area is difficult, bot not if your skills and talent are evident in your work.

In Rose Photography this is clear.

Capturing a special moment is a skill, it’s not just about having the right camera (even thought she is Nikon nut!). It’s about having a way with people. This is a gift Criona has in abundance, she understand kids and is great with being able to grab their attention for family photo’s.

We have used Criona’s skills for our websites, we need more the just “snaps”, we need a professional with a mobile studio and the ability to do commercial photography.

The job of being a Wedding Photograher in Wexford is also a really important one, as you need to be assured that the moment is captured on camera. We can’t all come back again tomorrow! Criona has great experience in this too.

Fixing old photo’s is another service offered by Rose Photography, taking the old family photo out of the attic and restoring it would be a great Christmas present for the special someone this year!
