Co Working is another name for it.
A client of ours approached us today with and idea, virtual office space. Basically they have a great office space just off the main street of Gorey, a new building and they wish to rent it, but they are looking to rent the rooms to companies on a need for a day or two basis. This type of idea is not new, but would be new to the area. so I am throwing the idea out there.
Co Working is where similar minded people use the same office space but are actually different businesses, usually suited to smaller companies. It’s also like a type of Hot Desk you may have heard about too.
The Landlord would kit out the offices, Telephones, Broadband meeting rooms etc and you use this as your office, but only on the days that you need it!
So, do you commute to Dublin from Gorey or surrounding area.
do you need to commute 5 days a week.
do you want a professional office in Gorey
